"I was very please with my stay.Imad check me in andupgraded my room to a nice king size bedroom with a view of the Hiram. Service was prompt. I left for Madinah on my second day early in the morning and I din't come back until late at night and I found my room cleaned and replrnished with water and all the amenities. "Great service clean hotel and room 4 stars due to location. It’s a incline everytime you like to return from haram. Gets tough due to heat and crowd. Hotel is quite a walk to the gate for Umrah . Hotel far from shopping center Al Safa . "

"Hotel was good. Staff were very friendly. I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the curtains to find a view of the mosque. General ameneties were fine. Breakfast was decent. Only down side was that the hotel room is very outdated. Overall would give a 4.5/5"

"Amazing trip, close to the haram, shuttle service and golf carts included to take you to the haram. Had dinner buffet which was really nice. Helpful and friendly staff. "

"Good location, clean room and good size! Smells lovely throughout the hotel, super close to the masjid which is very convenient - just a lift down. The shopping centre is also attached and lovely views of the mosque from the outdoor restaurant. Staff were great and allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier! Only issue is it can be quite busy to get to the foyer via taxi! "
